If you received your item and it was damaged in transit by the carrier, you have 24 hours after USPS delivery confirmation to contact us. Please email within those 24 hours with a photo of unused, damaged product and details. A damage claim must then be filed with the carrier to receive a store credit to be used toward your next purchase.
