If you have received a lash lift within the last 8 weeks, please call us to book the correct date for this service. You can not receieve this service if you have lash extensions - NATURAL LASHES ONLY ‼️ Must remove contact lenses before receiving this service This is similar to brow lamination but for your lashes Perming solution applied to change the bonding of your natural lash and give a semi-permanent curl and natural, but noticeabe lift! NO more mascara or lash curler every morning !
Cancellation Policy
**DO NOT USE SEZZLE OR AFTERPAY OR ANY OTHER (PAY IN INSTALLMENT PROGRAM) TO PAY FOR YOUR DEPOSIT FOR A SERVICE. IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID USING ONE OF THOSE SERVICES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED** - If you do not return your completed consent form, your appointment will be cancelled. - Remaining balance due in cash ONLY ! If you arrive to your appointment without cash and have to leave, get it, and be late, you'll also be charged a late fee. NEW CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY AS OF 4/3/2025: - Card on file is now REQUIRED for booking. - Appointments MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within 24 hours of the day (not time) of your appointment, you WILL be charged a $25 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. If you would like to book again after that, you will have to pay a new deposit. - If you contact me within 24 hours of your appointment and try to reschedule your appointment, that is considered a cancellation. There could have been another client to occupy that date and time. Please cancel 24 hours before to avoid the $25 fee. *** If the cancellation is within ONE (1) hour of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment (i.e. you are a no-call/no-show) you will be chargedthe $25 inconvenience fee in addition to your non-refundable deposit. And you will be banned from any and ALL future bookings. *** - Appointments that are cancelled prior to 24 hours are eligible for rescheduling. Deposit will still be non-refundable. Clients will only be able to reschedule an appointment with prior notice ONE (1) time. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be voided and require another non-refundable deposit to be made. - I will implement the practices I've seen other businesses adopt because as a client you should respect my time and talent the same way I respect your time and patronage.
